yea, i don't take eggs. my mum knows how to make mooncakes, the "ice skin" ones... i miss her mooncakes =( ahaha, but she told me that she's gonna make some for me when i get home, having mooncakes for xmas then! hahaha. S... if u want, i can give u the recipe, but u'd have to eat the mooncake without the shape as u don't have the mold for mooncakes =p but then again, u can probably get it at asian groceries...

I like mooncake with egg yolk too, but it's very fattening! Do you know that a mooncake with double egg yolks has about 800 calories?

Hi Everyone. This is my first time on this forum and so everything's very new to me. I am starting with this section as I love moon cakes. My favourites are the double yokes ones. But I am ashamed to say that I haven't eaten a single slice for the past 10 years due to them being high in chlorestoral. Terrible aren't I??? I just love looking at them on television and yearn....
